
The Epstein Memorial Chapel is Central Ohio's only family owned and operated Jewish funeral home. Snider Memorial Chapel had been in business since the early 1930's. It was owned and operated by Don Snider.

After purchasing the funeral home, the name was changed to the Epstein Memorial Chapel. Today, Michael Epstein continues his father's long standing tradition of serving the Columbus Jewish community.

Henry is the owner of the Louis Memorial Chapel, Kansas City, Missouri, the Epstein Memorial Chapel, Columbus, Ohio, Hodroff-Epstein Memorial Chapels Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota and Parsky Funeral Home, Rochester, New York. Henry began his career in funeral service in 1968.

Michael moved to Columbus, Ohio from St. Paul, Minnesota. in 1978, when his family purchased Snider Memorial Chapel. He graduated from Bexley High School, and attended the University of Minnesota, where he earned his Mortuary Science degree. He is a licensed funeral director in both the state of Ohio and Minnesota. Michael worked for Service Corporation International, in Minnesota and Georgia, before returning to the family business in 2000. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Columbus Jewish Federation, Columbus Jewish Foundation, Temple Israel, and serves as the Treasurer of the Wexner Heritage Village Board.

David is a licensed funeral director in the State of Minnesota and Ohio. He graduated from the University of Minnesota and has worked with the Epstein Family for seven years. He currently manages and co-owns the Parsky Memorial Chapel, in Rochester, NY, where he serves on many community committees.

Dan and Norma Ayers have worked with the Epstein family for over 25 years and currently reside in the funeral home. One of the many things they are responsible for is the landscaping at the funeral home, that many people ask about.

Jamee is a recent graduate from The Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. She is a licensed funeral director in the State of Ohio.
